Trenchless sewer repair by San Francisco Plumbers

Magic Plumbing a San Francisco plumber replaces sewer line at the Castro Theater

The Castro Theater hired Magic Plumbing to replace their sewer drain pipe. The theater has old plumbing and if you are a regular visitor you may have noticed the rain water would leak from the roof of the canopy onto the sidewalk. The drain was old and clogged and caused rain water to leak onto people standing in line on the sidewalk. We installed a new roof drain that rocked our world into the sewer line on the right side of the building. It took just 5 days for us to excavate the sewer line into the sidewalk and install a new drain that filtered all of the rainwater from the roof into the new sewer line. This installation did not require trenchless installation. We simply excavated the sidewalk and accessed a drain that was about six feet deep while people were still using the sidewalk during their regular commute to work every morning. You as a resident of the Castro probably did not notice our trucks or the deep hole in front of the theater. If you look to the left side next to the coffee shop you will notice a drain that now removes all of the rain water from the marquee roof. It’s not much to notice but a big plumbing job over the course of 5 days will now guarantee that you will not get wet when standing in line to watch your next favorite show at the Castro Theater. Another job completed by a San Francisco plumber in the Castro. Fabulous!
